These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Sebastian Assistant personal SMS notification service ("the Service"), operated by Jon-Jacques Umphrey ("we", "us"). The Service is a private, single-user personal automation tool for the account owner.
The account owner sends commands by text message to (425) 650-1980 and the assistant application replies with automated task confirmations, reminders, calendar summaries, and status alerts. This is a non-commercial service with a single pre-authorized recipient. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
By texting the assistant number, the account owner consents to receive automated SMS replies. Consent is self-initiated and may be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency varies and messages are sent only in response to the owner's own inbound requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP or email jjumphrey@gmail.com for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
