This Privacy Policy explains how the Sebastian Assistant personal SMS notification service ("the Service"), operated by Jon-Jacques Umphrey ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information. The Service is a private, single-user personal automation tool.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message content is processed solely to operate this personal assistant. Information may be handled by the service providers required to deliver messages (for example, the SMS carrier and messaging platform) only as necessary to provide the Service, and by no one else. No mobile information is shared for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
Consent to receive messages is self-initiated by the account owner and is never shared with third parties. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Operational data is retained only as long as needed to run the Service and is deleted or anonymized when no longer required. Opt-out records are retained as needed to honor unsubscribe requests.
